Two questions.
I’m rotating location ed choose to do a Tricep with a 25g 5/8. This is the first time that I had a bruise about the size of a nickel for a few hours. My hands were a little shaky and I might have tightened my arm a little. Just wondering why it bruised? Every thing is fine now but didn’t want a repeat performance with bruise showing that could get a little bad
By choosing different locations will it benefit that muscle group?
