    Hello everybody

Have my venesection done yesterday which made me feel a bit strange, light headed and faint. Just taking it easy not doing any training yet what I can call training anyway. I'd call it stretching off and getting ready to try and build some strength back up but first I need to increase my cals and get some body weight back on but I am not going heavy it will be to much strain at this stage.

I'm doing ok guys, things are looking more positive and I am getting good feedback from my consultants and just another couple of blood works and I should hopefully see the light at the end of this tunnel.

Here's a pic of the leg curl machine my friend gave me. Picked it up yesterday. Haven't got it in the basement yet but by next week it'll be there. Been wanting one like this for a few years now....

That's awesome Kel! That was always my favorite type of leg curl machine - can you do it unilaterally(though if so you'd most likely opt out of one leg at s time )? It's a super nice piece of equipment brother!

Yes sir, just have. Bump up the test to maybe 350/week and NPP @ 150/week. Keeping it very mild this time. Blood got a little squirrelly after the last blast....Hct up but tolerable, Hgb at the upper end of the range, ferritin at the bottom of the range, total iron binding capacity right at the upper end of the range, forgot the value of the unbound iron binding capacity, RBC high (always), RDW over the upper end a good bit. Just a few "bits and/bobs" to address.
Figure no 17aa this time, few if any short ester injects other than the NPP (which saddens me, I love good prop (preferably Testovis), suspension, TNE.
My bloods came back out-fin-standing after a test/tren run last winter, so I'm thinking the var on this most recent blast was doing its job?

Morning gents. Chest today. Getting psyched for good session. Work is kicking my balls a tad so hopefully I can shake the static before I walk into the gym and have a good lift.

I'm sure you already know this, and again, not sure the background, but just throwing it out there. If your Hct is really elevated hydration is key after phlebotomy because the blood is very viscous and decreasing the volume can drop the blood pressure a bit, and further make it a challenge for the body to move the blood to where it is needed. Good hydration thins it out and helps facilitate that. When my Hct was in the low 60s they were concerned I would stroke for this very reason if they pulled off too much volume at once and contemplated making me inpatient. They opted for outpatient pulling off only 250ml at a time with a 1000ml IV fluid blast during. I still felt washed out the rest of the day.
Again, sure you are up on that, but maybe not everyone so threw it out there.

    Chest

Body Master seated incline plate press
    1 w/u x 12
    1 feeler x 12
    1 w set w/ r/p x 5 to hit 11

Body Master seated wide grip plate press
    1 feeler x 12
    1 w set w r/p x 3 to hit 12

Seated cable press, with upward palm rotation on extension s/s low pec flies (can do both on this cable press)
    1 feeler/ w set x 12, failed press, feeler set x 12 flies
    1 w set w/ r/p x 3 to hit 11 press, ". " to hit 12 flies

    Standing upper pec cable flies
    1 feeler set/w set x 11
    1 w set w/ r/p x2 to hit 13

Had mongo pump after this session. May want to substitute a DB press for one of the plate loaded machine presses. Was doing DB prior to this routine and L wrist giving me grief with DB so gave it a rest along with TB500 which is helping. Really good session.
Was expecting some strength gains being wk 5 of test, wk 3 NPP (added it as shipment was delayed and will extend test just a bit) and tbol. Did not see strength gains but the intensity was much more than previous and just felt like I worked the hell out of my pecs so I will take that.

Hate to keep posting these lame @ss upper body lifts, but I am limited by the left arm for now.

Broomstick stretches and anterior/pec stretches off the corner of my Smythe machine.

Incline flyes into presses- 2 w/u, Work 1 - 10 flyes, 10 presses. Kept the same weight and rested 1 minute. Work 2 - 9 flyes, 4 presses. Drop a bit of weight and 1 minute rest. Work 3- 10 flyes, 4 presses.
Flat flyes into presses- 2 w/u, Work 1 - 10 flyes, 6 presses. Drop a small amount of weight. Work 2 - 11 flyes, 6 presses with a slow 7 count negative on the last rep.
Incline press w/ parallel grip - 6 reps with a slow 5 count positive and negative on each rep.
Wrist curls with a dry Oly bar- palms up and palms down to failure superset with seated hammer curls to failure.

37 minutes. More reps or a smidge more weight on everything vs. last time, so maybe things are happening. I swear if I find an extra $2k lying around, I'm adding GH. Just can't bring myself to take it out of our meager @ss savings or sell some of our metals.

Yeah I know about how important hydration is for Hemo & HCT and many months ago my levels were of serious concern they were also in the heart attack and stroke range but some investigations into my normal BW opened up a whole new level of concern so my high ranges were not something they were addressing as priority but we are back with them now.

I was took off TRT for some weeks, well I say took off isn't the right thing to say I drastically dropped my dose down to hardly nothing but not for high ranges but for other complications what were going on at the time. Now we are addressing my normal BW and been on 6 week venesections and felt fine but I know I must be coming into a better level with the way I feel when I have them. I drink 4 litres a day which seems to be good for me. I under the care of a few consultants but my Hematologist ive been with for around close to 2 yrs so I am well looked after. Thanks

Morning all! Trained back yesterday and tried Dorian style deadlifts for the first time. (Only lowering bar to mid shin before pulling back up, not setting weight on floor between reps) Man what a difference that makes! It turns deads into a whole different exercise really, not being used to the sustained time under tension for that movement. It really lit my back up! I kept it relatively light while getting used to how it feels.
    225x10
    315x10
    405x8
495x3 (completely gassed by that point)

Back is really feeling it today.

Excellent when I stopped doing heavy deads when I was powerlifting and concentrated on actually training the lower back with this style of deads couple with hypers it made my lower back pop with muscle which helped with my lower back injury, it kind of build rods of steel down the sides of my spine and took a lot of stress what was on my spine. keep up the good work
