I've never taken prior to starting a cycle, or trt, but the standard is 250iu twice a week

I myself wasn’t able to find bacteriostatic water here in Philippines.
I read up on making my own by adding benzyl alcohol but again no luck.
Although not perfect I just mixed the HCG with injectable water and stored in the fridge.
I used 2 bottles over an 8 week cycle binning the remaining solution after 4 weeks as I Didn’t feel comfortable using the “unpreserved” solution a month after being mixed.

Add 5ml water, and then .25ml will equal 250iu
