HCG is around a lot of places. it is really not that hard to find. The only thing I would suggest is waiting on the Arimidex until the end of week 2. That is just me personally and there has been some debate on that subject. Arimidex is fairly potent so your initial bloodwork for your e2 levels should give you a better idea of when to start, IMO.
