going into PCT and in PCT itself your estrogen should be at its lowest . thats the only way your natty test will turn back on . if your on a proper PCT your not going to have 'estrogen rebound' at all , your going to have super low levels of estrogen AND estrogen is being blunted at receptors sites as well.
if estrogen caused severe back acne , then these beautiful full curvy round ass hotties in their mid 20's with naturally high levels of estrogen would have the most acne.
OP- likely got acne in PCT from strong fluctuations in hormones, a drop off in estrogen and test, while DHT levels remained dominant.
If I remember one of your recent posts correctly, in the time between your last pin and PCT, doesn't test fall faster than estrogen? IDK if that would cause the acne, but if it could, I guess it would be wise to use an AI during that window. I already know I'm likely to get butt-****ed by acne during/after my first cycle
keep in mind I said "going into PCT and in PCT itself your estrogen should be at its lowest" . the key word there is "should be" , as I'm assuming a guy is doing a proper protocol with his cycle and going into PCT.. going into PCT with elevated estrogen levels is a mistake and is going to cause problems.
IF the OP did not run a proper protocol and get his E levels down going into PCT and he became 'estrogen dominant' he could have a host of problems, not just acne, but also a very difficult time recovering natty test levels
IF your a guy that does PCT , then yes you should be using an AI at the end of your cycle before going into pct to drive Estrogen way down. not only that but as you get towards the end of your cycle you should be phasing out estrogenic based AAS and only run non-aromatizing Anabolics (for experienced users mainly)

I was on aromasin during my 12 week cycle. Is there anything I can take to stop my acne?
People that are prone to acne (from genetics) sometimes get acne during the cycle, and sometimes, like in your case, during PCT due to hormone fluctations. You need to be patient and let your hormone levels stabilize. If you are having problems after PCT is complete then you can look into different options.
