It is funny because I have not seen anything conclusive. I tried it and did not see any significant benefit, however I am trying it now with slin and the last set of arms is BFR. Just for the fuck of it, I injected in the bicep today.
I have been a week doing feeders for the hams .
Probably going to take a a sneak peak today at them. I can feel the pump.

crappy workout today. just tried to get a quick leg pump in before I had to train a client (sometimes thats just how it goes , you own the gym and your in there for hours, yet you barely have a chance to get your own workout in)
Standing Hamstring curls - 6 sets 15 reps
seated hamstring curls - 5 sets 15 reps
Leg extensions - 4 sets 15 reps , 3 sets 8 reps
standing calf raises - 4 sets 20 reps
a lot of times my clients motivate me , and get me in the gym to train myself. for example the guy I trained today after I hit legs. he's a big guy, 6'2" 260 pounds. trying to get him stage ready within a year, and with his size he'll have a dramatic stage presence. he does everything I tell him to and is motivated to do so. lots of potential. but if I'm not motivated or if I slack off myself, then he's not going to respect me near as much as his coach.
so by helping him out, it keeps me going and accountable too

Sil , you ever tried coming off the pre workouts for a good couple of months and running some Adrenal support . what about just adding a bit of Dbol pre-workout instead of stimulants ?
I sometimes convert to beetrootjuice, CMalate, beta-alanin and perhaps taurin.
Bakingsoda, creatin in addiditon is also awesome.
And cardarine, aspirin and lcarnitine.
All those are great for noncaffein preworkouts and it gives much better pump, strength and stamina once u get there.
But non of them really fix your mood and happyness.
If i take my time to use them all with 20 dl water one hour before workout, i cant go wrong.
But often i go from work straigth to the gym and its rare i bother to mix it before work.
So i end up with 2 of those caffeinshots the gym sells. 400 mg caffein, beta alanin and some B vitamins.
Did u know about the baking soda?. Just got the tip from Jerry Brainum and its awesome. I would say it works better for strength than creatin!

I've seen Tony Huge use baking soda pre workout . I've not seen the Jerry Brainum vid though (he can be a little hard to watch as he often times just reads off his computer screen, then yells at his dogs for barking). maybe I'll go check it out though
The feeder program appears to be working for my hams!!!!after 6 weeks I am going to change to my quads. Any comments?

Just that feeders work. The most crazy dude of them all who died for gains said feeders are the most valuable weapon!
If ur a all it takes guy too, i dont see any reason why feeders wouldnt work for quads.
My workout today was a pain in the ass. Size n strength good but tired as fuck.
I feel my e2 is skyhigh. From just nebido and 250 sus. Using 600 mg DIM but from another brand.
My rec chem source now offers liquid aromasin, so im considering that.

I told ya. LGD almost equals dbol...look at my new dbol body..just 5 weeks into it.
Not shopped and angle pretty much straigth forward.
My shoulder grow big time from feeders. No doubt. Rich was rigth.
I also started feeders for upper chest (military press sligthly leaning back) and its already started to show goddamit.

We started all over again from scratch and saw s1 e1-e4.
