Finally!!! I found my f-in logbook. Looked everywhere for it, then quit looking for it because I figured I would find it sooner.
Damn thing was in my truck. Stuck with just cardio for a few days.
Now things will be better!

Well, saw the ortho today about my shoulder. Did xray's and ultrasound. No real damage, well there's minor shit from years of lifting but suprisingly better then we expected. There was a pocket of inflammation causing the impingement so he shot me with some cortisone. Instant relief. Gotta work around more things now dammit. If my knee still hurts in a week or so I'll be going back for that. He just laughed....

Slowly getting use to this new work schedule and making a good impression at work. Have to go to San Francisco for a couple of weeks, dates still pending, to train on this new software. Will be nice to be state side even though it is only for a couple of weeks.

Training is going Ok. Trying to get used to not doing CrossFit which is hard because I love to feel like I am dying. I am pushing as hard as I can on this 5-day split but it feels nothing like I am used to. Oh well, maybe I'll get more time later on.

I wondered how it was up there. Was going to contact you at lunchtime, but got sidetracked.
It was a cold, wet rain early this morning. Around 37°F or so, windy, and literally vertical waves of rain hammering down.
Even with brand new tires on the truck, it was still a shitty drive to work @ 5 a.m.-ish.

Ready to get this day over with and get into some lifting. Trying to get my schedule established. I moved to a larger shop at the new job. They asked me if I would consider it as they are having some retirements coming up soon, so I'm straight day shift as far as I know.

Either will have to lift around 2:30 or 3 a.m. in the morning or in the afternoons after work...still undecided.

Actually, I am thinking squats and leg days will definitely need to be after work. This place is f-in huge so I need to be able to get to different areas of the facility without hobbling the whole way.
The other body parts I think I can manage w/o too many problems.

Sounds a lot like what was wrong with mine. Just had arthroscopic surgery on my left shoulder on Nov 2. Already have full ROM and have been hitting 75% max weight on legs and pull movements.

PT says 3 months for the bone to heal, they ground some shit down smoothe and removed a bone spur.

Working on static holds at the bottom of the push up rep. Hoping I can be doing some type decent chest and shoulder stuff by the first of the year.

That cortisone shot worked for about 2 months on me. I had the same thing done to my right shoulder about 5 yrs ago. Shoulder problems run in my genetics..

Excellent!! I left my contribution of aggression with a few knuckleheads as well.
There seems to be some sort of cellular stimulated illness that causes beanpods to stop in the middle of any traffic flow and carry on phone conversations. Very irritating.

I try to be patient with elderly people but some of the younger crowd is on my list of potential candidates for an attitude adjustment.
