So, not the HIT intended in this thread.
2 days in a row for biceps & triceps. Did back today, but going 12-15 reps and 15-30 seconds rest in between. But, repeated biceps & triceps for a second day. Would have preferred to SS bi’s & tri’s but hate when others claim more than one area, so don’t do that.
4 sets at 25 reps each for 2 movements each. Minimal rest between sets, had to drop weight as well. Drop sets from Hell.
