Advice on ai

Armidex
Clomid
Nolva
Hcg

Gonna pin Half mil each twice a week.
It’s a very weak beginner Cycle do I really need to run an ai expecially with the bold and relatively low test.

Chlomid and nolva kept for Pct unless a problem arrives, I’m thinking the Arimidex too?

If I take the recommended dose for teste500 a week from Austines first cycle post which is 0.25mg every three days, how do I split a small 1mg pill in quarters.

The reason I ask is someone told me Arimidex isn’t a mild drug and I won’t need it but instead start taking nolva after a couple weeks.

Someone smart please?

I'm running 300test 600eq right now and the consensus seems to be that you do not necessarily need an AI but should have one on hand + nolva. It's good to know how your body converts estrogen so I'd keep an eye on it - can always add an Ai later. Worst case, you see high estrogen symptoms and add it in.

Just be sure to keep an eye on it

You can buy a pill cutter from a pharmacy

Are you taking nolva Ed or just keeping that on hand too?

Not taking nolva, have that on hand too. If there is a flare up ill start nolva the same day @ 20-40mg and start aromasin

I think you will still need a small dose AI/SERM with your cycle

Yeah somebody I spoke with today told me i should take nolva a few weeks in.

If nolva only keeps the gyno away, don't broke what's not broken. Keep on the nolva. I run adex on my cycles starting with .25mg/e3d. If I feel a flare up I take .25mg/eod or .25mg/ed depending on severity of the gyno symptoms.

I was thinking to take the .25 every three days but everyone has told me not too and to take nolva instead.
And doing more resarch into Arimidex I’m quite happy to avoid it!

It's just going to block reception sites for e2.

Remember by the time you start noticing gyno physically or feeling The itchy symptoms in your nipples and what not, gyno has been there a lot longer than you realize.

Symptoms show only after it begins to grow.

The way I understand it is by blocking the reception sites is exactly how it is allowed to build up in your system. If you don't take the arma your system deals with it which can lead to gyno or other symptoms...I am seeing the sense in waiting before just starting with a lo dose of T. Can someone clarify this?

9 times out of 10 guys get paranoid with AI and ruin a cycle by crushing e2.

Let me do it's job and block the negative sides with nolva.

Now D-Bol and test, start at day 2
