Shit, well i already bought a bvitamin complex so will see how this goes. I discussed it with somene and they mentioned it
So I'm actually already eating pretty clean with chicken, beef, pork, eggs and potatoes so these already have various vitmains in them but why not throw another supplement/vitmain into the mix
I'm already taking plenty of shit but anyway will see how this goes
I've heard a lot of good things so far.. and i dont really take a vitamin anyway i stick to food
