Re the tumor, it doesn't have to keep growing for it to elevate prolactin.

No sides to starting TRT yourself but at this point I'd push hard to get it under a doctors control. Especially since there is an adenoma. Getting a doc to initiate TRT once you self-initiate will make it more difficult. Many will turn their back at this point.
Agreed, I'm going to insist TRT next visit and if I get no help I'll try another, problem is I'm in Canada and have to request for an endo through my family Dr. The other option is private clinic and isn't covered under our health care system so I'd have to pay extra.

So I can order caber online from oversees with a prescription?

There are sites out there. Check out:

    https://www.alldaychemist.com/

And similar. From what I'm told even if it says a script is needed you just keep going through the steps and it lets you order. I haven't used them personally so take a look.

As a Canadian - I can tell you ordering overseas is not the best option . You can find real Dostinex inside canada and across the border

Demanding TRT is not really a good way to go about getting in Canada either. Building a medical case for yourself and showing the physician you understand the benefits, risks, and consequences is more strategic and often more successful.

The reason there are so many roadblocks for TRT in Canada is because of how OHIP / EAP and other provincial services work, along with the level of controlled substances for anabolic steroids.

It's no different than waking in asking for Statex or Oxy without explaining the history behind pain, steps taken to overcome, etc
