Left my pregnyl out of the fridge for exactly 24hrs . I keep it in the box so it wasnt in light and my house was no warmer than 72degrees. Anyone know if its still good? Its got about 4000 iu left.

You should be fine. Just remember to keep it refrigerated after reconstitution next time.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I was just gonna ask this - I did the same shit for the 1st time in over 7 years
Good to know
I would say it's fine, but I'm only saying that based on MY experience...
I've never stored mine in the fridge and my nuts are as plump as vine ripe tomatoes.... Ok, maybe cherry tomatoes, but I'm old.
Seriously tho, Ive stored it in the fridge, and I've stored my mixed hcg in the same drawer as my gear and I haven't noticed any difference. Once reconstituted, I tend to use it in about 2 months. (Pharmacy grade HCG if it's relevant). I know after some amount of time it begins to lose effectiveness... But it's a pretty slow process.
Best,

Buy a cheap Prego test.
I'd be interested in seeing the results after left out reconstituted
Tkanks. First time leaving it out. I might try the preggo stick just for the hell of it. It’s been reconstituted for about 6 weeks now. Curious about the water that comes with pregnyl
The water that comes with it is for reconstituting and injecting immediately. You need to use bacteriostatic water to reconstitute with.
hCG is not a thing that goes bad instantly when its out of the fridge. Bad storing conditions cause it to decay faster, hence render it a little more ineffective over the time.
