How many other cycles have you done?
A good old test cycle can do amazing things. If you wanted to add in some winstrol towards the end, that would benefit more than starting with it IMO.
Thank you for replying. I have been cycling since too young of an age but have not in the last 8-10 years besides a recent Test E only cycle a few months ago. I have cycle with tren ace/e, test prop/e masteron dbol winstrol eq. Not all together or in any order.
The diet and training determine the results, not the drugs.
You are missing HCG on cycle.
You will get more + better results getting down to 14% or so BF before cycling. High body fat with Test = more aromatization = more bloat = less results.
Step 1 is bloodwork. I assume Nolva + Clomid is for PCT. At 34 it's about the time to consider TRT in the future.
If TRT is not in the near future in your agenda or a potential option, do not touch deca

I'll just add that the idea that you need to get to lower amounts of body fat (14% or less, which is fairly ripped) BEFORE starting a cycle is utter bullshit. you see this spouted and parroted on forums all the time (prob by guys that don't follow their own advice and have probably never been under 14% bf their whole life yet continue to cycle aas). you do NOT need to get lean before running AAS. proper diet, training, and AAS use are going to help you get to under 14% bf.. heck if you could get there naturally first (like was suggested), you probably wouldn't be on this forum asking for AAS advice in the first place

Totally agree. It's utter bullshit. If i'm say 20% or over BF i should try to diet down natty and lose muscle so I can start a cycle? That's stupid!
I'm speaking from experience. When I got back into the gym last January I was definitely 20% BF or over. I never would have had the drive, determination, energy or recovery capabilities to do it without AAS. I'd have failed. A year later I've made gains I never thought possible.
Now sure the fatter you are the more Aromatase enzyme you'll have and thus have more potential for aromatization and thus ultimately the higher levels of estrogen you may get. but so what. for one estrogen is a hormone that actually plays a function in fat loss itself. for two, a majority of steroids available to us don't aromatize into estrogen in the first place so if you run any number of these 20 or so compounds you don't need to worry about aromatization. I,e, the aromatase enzyme has no effect on most steroids. so it really doesn't matter if your 14% bf or your a bit higher then that with more aromatase enzyme anyhow . and this is especially true of most "cutting" steroids

heres just a few steroids that your body fat % and aromatase enzyme will have zero effect on being they are not very aromatizable steroids to begin with.

I had no aromatization issues. In fact the opposite. I started test only at 250mg a week for 12 weeks. Just to get myself rolling. Had been on a 3-4 year hiatus from the gym. Ran Adex at .5mg 3x/wk. because people said you need an AI and I crashed my E2 big time! After that I ramped up test and added in deca, mast and var over time. By June I was up to 800mg test with Adex at .25mg 2x/wk. Not even sure I needed it.

While I understand this perspective, my philosophy is someone who cannot lose fat naturally is not going to be further ahead with gear.
I'm not saying a person neees to be able to grate cheese off their rock hard 6pack before using gear, but there should people some semblance of effort put into nutrition beforehand. Many times people asking for advice leave out a lot of information.

I understand deca is tough like that. What other product would you recommend instead?
There is nothing "unsafe " about Deca persay. Nandrolone just happens to be the hardest compound to recover from. As men age their hormones already gradually decline whether they cycle or not. Add cycling on to someone older and suppressive steroids then the body has a more challenging time to recover.
Often times transitioning to HRT tends to be reactive rather than proactive. Bloodwork + any current symptoms may reveal it being in your best interest to be on TRT rather than doing PCT.
