    I loved to but i guess u missed it out. I have a pec tear. Rigth chest is Just 85%. It wont heal.

    Tomorrow i think its time to show up at the gym in a tank again.
    IT should be a Nice chest pump. Kill it with nitrats and tren!
    Pleases me that it looks like my neck and traps are improwing. Always been a weak spot. I other words. The neck training pays off.

    Looks great. And about your neck, yes your sternocleidomastoids are filling out the sides of your upper trap origins on the base of your skull. Yes, I really think that way; I live & breath Anatomy 24/7.

    Fresh, clean cut Sil. Mine is similar (going for a trim in a bit), just don’t have the volume on top anymore to make a ponytail, just enough to cover up the growing bald spot.

    No my hair was wrong at the gym that day. I have it like this at work, but i prefare a long ponytail when trying to be buff, cause i have to much space beetween the top of my head and my trapsorigin compared to those who are buff naturally.
    Soon main workout for the week. Chest and tris etc.
    I already look totally different cause im eating superclean because i try to figth trens impact on BP.
    Eager to see the mirrors today. Tank, chest pump, bit tanned and LGD, mk677, sustanon and tren in my system.

    Ok guys. Yesterday workout sucked. Weak. Flat. More ripped. Bad pump.
    Back to the drawingboard. Maybe my highrep training is not so effective. Cutting carbs before the esters releases forces bad workouts.
    I deceided to frontload the test for a month. Doing injections with the tren every fifth day.
    And maybe add Cardarine asap. Allowing more carbs.
    Fuck...

    I been using your high rep scheme and alternate with my low rep scheme as well

    Gotta trick the muscle to shock them to grow.

    They get used to things and stop responding.

    Even something as simple was changing the order of exersize on chest day

    Instead of this

    DB bench
    Flat bench
    Decline
    Incline
    Flys

    Go with

    Flys
    Decline
    DB flat
    Etc.

    I heard Arnold speak of this before . Take that with a grain of salt though.

    Frontload two G's of sust. Works first week and very impressively.

    I would say you are right about low carb before kick in being counterproductive.

    Last time I did it I was in florida.
    I picked up 10lbs of water in about 48 hrs.
    My ankles were jiggly 7 days later on the trip back to missouri.

    Its been around for some 10 years now. Thousends are using it.
    Havent come across one single report saying a user migth got cancer from it.

    And those rats were given 200mg a day for 18months.

    Also they were injected with carcinogens to see if the GW caused a enhanced expression of cancer growth. Which it did of course.

    I'd even venture to say, they'd have got cancer with the injection of carcinogens regardless if gw was on board or not.

    I'm running gw at the moment. And I was worried about the C too.

    Ok. First at start.
    Second at end weak 3. But two first weeks 10 mg LGD only. Thirsday week 3 idid 250 sus 200 tren e. Monday start week 4 another 250 sus. Today i will repeat the thirsdayshot.
    Stil nothing to brag about. Bit more ripped maybe.
    Hope the anabolics hit soon. I drop sarms and frontload sus two first weeks (750)
    Oyeah... I migth have dropped the carbs to much. But i wanna close in on 16% before the E esters releases the power.
    Ill add more oats from now.

    Fatloss is not the most prominent effect.
    Heartbeat and less breathing in high reps squats f. I. are areas where it shines the most.
