Switching from test P to Test E

I know it's not the best solution but not having enanthate available now. What is the best way to switch from Test P to Test E, keeping test levels high and as stable as possible?

Example
1-3 Test P 100 mg EOD
4-14 Test E 500 mg ( 2x week)
with 1-14 eq 500 mg (2x week)

Start test e earlier with test p if possible
