Mixed up my pills

Arimidex is a non-suicidal inhibitor so it won't take long (like it would with aromasin) to rebound.
Pop some dbol for the next few days if you have it, no problem if you don't though. Either way, you will be fine within 1-2 weeks.
Adex (pharma grade) comes in very little pills and it is impossible to mix up with nolvadex in my case but I suggest you to keep pills in labeled containers so you don't have this issue next time.
In a nutshell, you need some time bro. It sucks to have low E2 mentally, but don't worry you'll be fine just stop taking it.
Get a bloodwork if you aren't sure about your E2 but I think after taking 0.5mg adex ED, it would be absurd to have high E2 lol

Thanks man, I am using dbol 20mg ED currently (still crashed the estrogen?) Any idea why my nipples are hard? Like literally very very hard and erected which confused me to understand if it's low estrogen or high.

FYI sex drive is still great, I have no signs of ED, libido is through the roof still ! That's what made me so confused

And yes you are right about pharmacy Adex, I am using UGL and they all same size (just different colours) ... Ended up getting the label maker and labelled everything

It's not just about low or high estrogen, it's moreso about androgen : test : estrogen ratio. Using that much Arimidex skewed the RATIOS which is why you are having issues.

Be thankful you didn't have Letro or weren't using a harsh oral that you mistook for Nolva.

they did pretty clearly on packages, I got pill containers as I don't like to keep meds in satchels so I put them in the containers, I knew the colour of Adex but no clue how I confused it with nolva (it happened last 2 weeks, prior to that all was good) ... Agree lol I only got aromesin and Adex as AI (lucky no letro lol)

now all labelled up.

Do you think I will start having ED and Low libido issues also?

I don’t see the point in wasting money on bloodwork. You know what you did. Your E2 is crashed. Taking test and dbol it should come back pretty fast on its own as long as you’re no longer taking an AI. Just give it some time and you’ll start feeling better. Everything will be fine
