deca durabolin 250 mg ! 2 shots vs one weekly

I am asking which method for best results !

Test E 500 (2 pin weekly each sun and wed)

deca 250 one shot (250) each sun or deca 250 2 shots (125 sun and 125 wed) both same results or NOT

if there is other tips for method or dosage (250 or 300) please let me

during course :

hcg 500 weekly
caber for prolactin level
Arimidix for AI

I’m sure there’s some reason this isn’t universally true but more frequent dosing is always better.

First thing jumping out to me:
If you need caber for 250mg of Deca, you should just stay the hell away from 19-nors forever.

Other than that: Deca is one of the few where once per week would still be within its terminal half life, so it would probably be fine. That said, you will always get more stable levels from more frequent injections, and this tends to mitigate a lot of side effects from spikes and troughs that people can get from supraphysiological doses of anything.
