What's the best compound to stack with testosterone to help with pushing through plateaus?
What's the best compound to stack with testosterone to help with pushing through plateaus?
Lol
Anadrol
Really good for building LBM
Unfortunately, also great at destroying organs
Nandrolone
I'm assuming a fast-acting oral would be more noticeable. I just added 50mg of oral winny ED to my cycle two weeks ago and I've gotten stronger in every lift since then. But I would really suggest changing your training up. I did Dorian-like training for a while, then switched to more volume. Crazy part is, I'm doing heavier weights for more sets now since I was push max weights for lower.
The best plateau fix is more food and more complete rest. Switching up your training should help too.
A couple steroids that don't get mentioned too often but are great for strength gains are halo and superdrol
Good one!
sDrol is def another, I compare it to aBombs quite a bit - same harsh ass sides, but both do work well
Food tho, is always #1 - if my digestive system could take any more of a beating, I’d grow a bit more - since it can’t, I’m done trying at my max around 220
Fast acting mass id definitely say dbol or anadrol. Havent tried superdrol yet i have but i do have just saving it...
As others have said tren ace is a fast acting probably the fastest injectable ive done by far . Tren is more of a total body recomp drug for me. The best transformation drug by far. Any of these will work, and if your trying to add mass you will have to find a way to eat more and that can be a challenge while on adrol and tren,, for some people
If you are a hard head. And your job allows u, one week wo food and training.
I promise you. It will remove all your plateaus and in 3 weeks after, u will be at a higher level than any "plateau breaking" compound.
Superhealthy aswell.
But dont stop the test. I think. Not sure. Either would work i guess.

Well you haven't said what sort of plateau you've hit. So that would help.
You should be quantifying your diet. That's the only way you'll know what and how much you're consuming. How can you accurately make changes if you don't have numbers to work with?
And as for "complete rest," I wasn't just referring to sleep. I was referring to time between when you work that body part in the gym. Are you giving it enough time between workouts? When you're not working it out, is that body part actually resting? Or are you doing other things with it (like labor, sports, etc.)?
