Dude, it ain't the gear keeping you up at night. Samson gave you some pretty sound advice if you wanted to try a "natural" aid to help you sleep. The Benedryl I suggested should work too, but it's not something you should make a habit out of. Try taking a hot shower before bed and making your room as dark and quiet as possible while you try to sleep.
If you need more help beyond that, there's things like Ambiens, benzos, SNRIs, etc that you could try, but those all require an RX to get (and you really shouldn't use any of those without being directed to by your doctor).
