Cutting cycle to gain mass and lose fat at the same time - OPINIONS

Is it really possible? I'm so skeptical.

Hi folks.
My trainer just advice me to follow this cycle:

1cc test E every othe day
1cc winstrol injected (or 50mg tablets) every other day
1cc masteron propionate every other day

My stats are:
204 lbs, 5'11
Body fat is high but mostly accumulated in my gut and lovehandlers

You should ask your trainer to explain the mechanisms and the reasoning behind the cycle he proposed for you..

A recomp is def a possible thing. Lose some body fat while maintaining your current muscle mass, and develop key areas you’re trying to improve.

Since he’s your trainer, he should have laid out a diet for you to go along side this cycle to take full advantage of it.

You may or may not catch a lot of heat indirectly because of you’re trainer. Lol but you def came to the right place for the right advice

He provided the diet for me already. So that's not a problem.

Yes, I finished my first cycle 4 weeks ago. I only used test. No gyno nor secondary effects. Also, no ptc. My trainer says is not needed now. I was skeptical about it but it looks like you can do it that way.

What are the doses on your specified drugs per ml? One CC doesn't mean much. We can assume the Test E is at 250mg / ml (though it could be 200mg or 400mg). The Mast P is probably 100mg / ml, but don't leave us guessing if you want good input.

What did your trainer say about HCG and AI?

And to echo @TheDeadliftingDog, is this your first cycle? If so, it is way too much, though that does depend on the mg per ml question above.

He told me I didn't need hgc. I have clomid and arimidex on hand but he says the latter is better. 1cc us 250mg for both mast and test according to him. I have winstrol in tablets but I don't want to take them because I heard they are toxic (I'm trying to get the injectable version). My liver protector is going to be delivered this week

I ran test for 12 weeks this winter btw. (500mg a week,). No ptc like I said but hgc in the last 6 weeks. My testicles haven't gone back to normal in size but my sex drive is normal.

Start acting seriously and you will be treated as such.

We DID take you seriously to start with but you consistently demonstrate behavior that indicates one of two things:

Either you are in fact trolling
- or -
You are unwilling to do even the basic reading to answer questions that are already answered.

As an example, your original post here listed doses in CCs only. WTH, man. You should know by now that doesn't mean much. Why do we have to keep asking the same questions? Heck, why WOULD we keep asking the same questions? Get your act together, put forth some effort and quit acting like anybody here owes you anything.

And I can assure you, the people on some of the other boards will fall on you like a ton of bricks if you behave the same way there that you have here. OP, this was really all the response you needed.

Ask your trainer why each compound is there. What purpose does it serve for YOU. Also ask why no hcg, then compare that to what is found in the various stickies.

If the trainer can't answer those questions properly, you're screwed. If you do what he advises anyhow, you're probably screwed.

And absolutely for sure, if you keep skipping leg day, you're screwed.

That said, do whatever you want.

He is a certified trainer. It costed me 200 bucks to hire him. It just seems like there is so much contradicting information online and I just wanted to double check.
