    Smile Taking test when overweight?

Over lockdown I fairly let myself go and went from 95kg (210lbs) lean enough to 124kg (275lbs) with no gyms open and no motivation at home, ps4/pc and pizza for 16 hours a day took over leaving me like a teletubby

Gyms recently reopened i joined back last week and down 4kg atm, but want to know how stupid it would be to start a test cycle (500mg Test & Clen) now? I know im better off waiting a while but i am a fat fk and need sorted as soon as possible, if not how long should i be waiting to start one?

Previous cycles: 2/3 cycles of - Test 500mg/w with either Tbol/Winny

    Dang

I’d suggest pounding some of that weight off naturally, if you’re not already on TRT

Only positive a little test can/would do is let you dip into a very low calorie deficit & still keep your LBM/Strength

But, not a full on cycle - you’ll bloat before you do anything else

Stay focused. Dont be lazy…train consistent and hard for 12 weeks….then you can start test. Imo you need to get back in the groove first before hopping on, results will be better this way

And you never will workout the same once you crossover. I totally get it man, our mental aspect changes when we get on gear.. not just physically. Shit gets more serious. Its like, ok time to make some gains while we can…don’t fuck this up sort of mentality.
