Thread: Anyone lose motivation and energy at the end of a cycle?

Anyone lose motivation and energy at the end of a cycle?

Been blasting 350 test cyp now for a little over 16 weeks. Gains have been nice and steady in comparison to the dose.

But the past two weeks I’ve just got a wall. Lost all motivation and drive. Haven’t been hitting the gym much. I’ve been in a cal deficit this whole time. Cut down from 220 to 195.

I’m pulling the plug and just going to go back to trt dose but just curious if this is just my bodies way of telling me it’s time to end it.

I know my rbc and hemocrat were elevated out of range on my labs a few weeks ago. Not by a ton but deff elevated. Wondering if the lethargy could be related to that as well.

    Possibly

    Go donate some blood

Motivation tho, is quite different from lethargy

Fuck, as soon as I was able to lift weight after my brain bleed - I did. . . Fuck being average

I’m just trying to keep more of a healthy approach to it

Way less juice, lower weights, etc.

Not many 40+ year olds can hold up to me, shit - neither can 30 year olds

I’ll rest when I’m no longer able

Cutting and cycles takes its toll mentally and physically.
You are not running much gear so it shouldn’t be too much from the gear. As Sampson said, give blood. I am sure that your high readings are playing a role.
Usually, I am ready for a cycle to end after 16 weeks.

Maybe switching up your routine will help. Also, look at your diet. What are your macros? Maybe not enough carbs?
I guess it could also be high estrogen however you are not taking much gear. Maybe super sensitive?
    Maybe low estrogen?
I don’t remember an AI mentioned.

that is the difference from most of us to others. the motivation lost will come and go, some real hard but you have to push thru. You have to show up everyday either in the gym or in the kitchen. its no bullshit when they say to change the routines, it makes a big difference.

Desire is still there but a lot of personal life stuff going on has really run me down.

I still eat clean and will workout but I just can’t push it like I used to. Maybe it’s my body telling me I need to switch up my training splits and go with something different.

Macros have been same this whole cut and never any issues with energy so I think the diet is straight.

I just think my body is telling me that it’s time to come off. Switch things up and reassess

My thoughts exactly, wondering if estrogen is too high. Currently dealing with something similar and my labs backed it up

Sometimes you just need to take a week or two off. It doesn't hurt, it helps. Your body, CNS, mind all need a break occasionally.

I definitely have been going through some personal life things that have held me back from hitting the gym as much as I’d like.. also, I’m ready for a second cycle and I just realized that BCG is out of business again..finding new legit sources sucks and hits my motivation too, Like he said ^ screw being average lol

Labs are needed too much can go wrong after 3 months. If your hemoglobin and hematocrit are too high, you won’t even be able to donate. Get labs done in the meantime start looking for a clinic that does therapeutic phlebotomy, they can be hard to find. I have to drive 3.5 hours one way.

What were your Hematocrit and RBC values?

I just had labs done. My Hematocrit was 51 and my RBC was 5.97. Depending on the website these are either slightly out of normal range, or at the high range of normal.

You’re approaching the cutoff to donate at certain banks my local is 18 hemoglobin and Red Cross is 19. The finger prick test always reads almost a point high for me compared to labs.

Hey guys. Just an update. Still going through it. I’ve dropped everything except test and now running 100mg cyp a week (my trt dose)

I will be getting labs done in a few weeks.

As far as my RBC and hemacrit they are slightly above the top range so I deff need to donate.

My old clinic couldn’t get the therapeutic script. Doc is a moron. Put I could only donate until I was at 17.5 and only once a month donation. Plus couldn’t get the diagnosis right so I have to pay for the disposal.
