I don't think PCT does much, to be honest. Have not done it myself, but I think that the body has to recover on it's own, one way or another. PCT often times just delays the recovery, I think. Now, HCG is a very useful compound that should be run during the cycle and a little after to keep the testicles active. I don't think taking nolva or not taking nolva would have much effect in the long run.
Weight gain and low-T go hand-in-hand and either one can cause the other. Belly fat, in men, is a primary source for conversion from testosterone into estrogen. So the more belly fat you have, the less available testosterone will be in the body. But, having low t can also cause an increase in belly fat... so it's case of what came first, the chicken or the egg? If you find out you have low-t, you can try to lower your bodyfat and and then test yourself again.
