    LOL few things compare to that. So how long are you out of action after moob surgery? Like how long did it take you until you could train chest again?

    I don’t wanna find out what tho. Lol

    A few weeks before being back in the gym with a “bro” on - maybe 6 weeks till I started working chest slowly.

    This bastard is what really slowed the process - I kept getting edema on one pec

    And, that’s exactly how my lower pec area was - flabby, with some hard like mass - now it’s just like fluffy fat
