My PCP balked at me when I mentioned an AI to treat the developing gyno I was experience. Basically said we dont prescibe things like that. I too was trying to utilize my insurance for it.

OP, are you dead set on getting an AI? If so, and you feel like you really need it now, look at arimistane. It is a legit semi otc AI. You can find it in products like Blackstone Labs Eradicate. I've not used that particular product but have used arimistane to control estrogen.
You might also add a compound like masteron to your... what? What are you doing here? Cycling or trt or? In other words, more detail helps us help you.

Probably the place you got your gear at would likely also have AIs for sale. Or there's research chems. Or you could find a trt clinic possibly.

Doing a sust and EQ cycle first one in 20+ years and looking for an AI to help keep estrogen down to prevent any issues

They just happen to be out of what I am looking for they have an AI I took years ago that hurt my joints so wanting something different

Sounds like you took too much. Unless you're actually showing symptoms of high estrogen (IE you start growing tits in most cases or you're excessively bloated or your dick doesn't work), you shouldn't be taking an AI. Just because you are taking testosterone, it doesn't mean you need an aromatase inhibitor. And even if you did get symptoms, you start with a lower dose and longer intervals between dosing.
If you kill your estrogen, your joints usually will hurt.

My knees proper hurt when my e2 is low and my dick will only work to excrete urine. Zero sex drive with low oestrogen.
I saw larry wheels say he was on 2 grams a week of test and did not need an AI. Some people just don't aromatise whilst others do. Everybody is different.

My e2 was 90 on 200mg week. Lol. Crazy how everyone's experience and hormones can be so drastically different.

Well I was wanting to get it as a precaution more than anything else to Incase and having in on hand rather than scrambling to get it once needed …
