I believe its time to step down from the heavy weights which i have been. I believe im changing my training to a pre exhaust method. Gonna try Lee Haneys way for awhile.
Still aching still hurting. Hoping this bpc157 starts taking action. Other than my inner elbow, which is for sure tendon damage my shoulder is just muscle tissue. I dont know why this is not healing unless its scarred tissue. My shoulders are so big that if it were tendon pain it would be much deeper into the shoulder however it is not. I have been massaging the area.

I haven’t gained any new tissue but i feel i havent lost any either. Have just been barely training the last 3 months and will probably continue to try and heal up until the new year . Knees were in pain but it has since stopped since taking off legs for two weeks.
