Hey Moose, my wife is using retatrutide for right at a month now. So far she has responded well at 1.5 mg weekly and is down almost 11 pounds. Some of the weight loss I blame on the SC heat wave.

She has noticed that she feels comfortably full about 2/3 of the way through her meals and seems to have zero digestion issues.

The only part she hasn't liked is she doesn't like drinking plain water. She prefers the Crystal light stuff, which I don't care for and I have to encourage her to drink water instead. So far with plenty of hydration she's done well.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Both of our families have a history of kidney function issues. You can see the difference in lab work when she drinks a lot of Crystal light, etc

Don't get me wrong, she still gets in her crystal light, green Kool-Aid, etc.

She grew up eating Kaboom cereal, one of the nastiest cereals ever released, IMHO.

But yeah, retatrutide and Tirzepatide both seem to be very popular right now and Semaglutide coming in a bit less in popularity.

It's definitely effective. I'm not much for fast food, buy my wife occasionally goes to McDonald's with her sister.

Anyway, she says that the way it has affected her is that instead of going in and ordered Big Mac, large fries, drink, apple pie or whatever your brain just tells you a Happy Meal is going to be gracious plenty.
