A buddy of mine is 19 years old and has been training now for about 3 years. His stats are 5'9, 190 lbs. BF % is probably around 12-15. He told me he got some liquid clen because he wants to start cutting now. I told him that taking clen by itself without AAS can be very catabolic. He's worried about that now. The last thing I want to do is suggest him to start juicing because he's so young and not ready yet. Can he still keep most of his mass if he eats more, and I mean eat, eat, eat. Along with protien, creatine, glutamine, etc., will he be able to keep some mass while taking clen is what I'm getting around to?
