I really think it has to do with either a drug interaction (ie. allergy, which if there is, there is nothing you can do about it) or overstiumulation of the heart (by chemical or environmental stressors) in combination with the obvious harmful effects that come with AS use. I accept and advocate the use of AS, but there still are some ill effects that may result from use. Hope this helps some.
