well for starters you need to give more info. such as age height weight and training experience....calling yourself "too skinny" doesnt tell us much.
You should eat everything in your path (that's clean) and hit the iron hard.

Bro, eat 4000 calories a day. Make sure you get 1.5x your body weight in protein. Eat tons of carbs and hit the weights. You will gain mass that way.
