Who else is tired of going to the bathroom to p about 30 times a day because of the large quantities of water we must consume on cycle (as well as off)???

~ No seriously i think your body just gets use to it!! and i have the bladder the size of a 6 yr old i think sometimes! but just think it is so good for you!! Try power yoga, they heat the room up to like 110 degrees and you just sweat out all the impurities and you dont have to pee all day!!~

I just might start counting all my trips to the can as cardio.
Its sad...everytime I leave the house I take an empty bottle of gatorade with me. It came in handy several times for me...hehe....

I drink anywhere to a gallon to a gallon and a half of water ED.......... I do nothing put piss all day and I even have to wake up at least 3 times to piss at night.
I could never sit to take a piss............... just wouldn't seem right

Funny this thread started, I was in the bucket of our aerial ladder on scene at a chemical fire all day and was in the middle of a cycle so I was drinking a gallon and a half a day, so I just pissed myself. There was water coming out two hoses. One on the fire and one in my bunker pants.
