Has anyone else ever used this formula to map mgs/wk?
Lean body weight (lbs) / 2.2 = daily mgs or x by 7 and get weekly mgs???
I ran this for at least the first 5-7years and made GREAT gains every time.
(It is just mg/kg lean body weight/ day)
I only post this because I see all of these bro's running wicked high doses out of the gate... they could grow on 1/2 the amount don't you think?
(as long as training and food is addressed...)
