    Before and after first cycle, 19lbs...

    I did a prop only cycle, and I was really happy with my gains. I am almost done with PCT so this is the real me. I only lost a pound or two since I have gotten off. I am 193lbs at 5'11 with 13% body fat. Ill give more stats if anyone wants to know. Here they are, I tried to make the same posses. The second and the fourth are my before pics.

    Here is before and after, and a after lat shot. I didnt do a before... And I never knew I had veins in my back, till now. Sweet!

    And I love the lighting in my kitchen.... ill take a new pic of my quads tonight and post that too. but thats all for now

    Prop 100mg EOD for 14 weeks, should have stopped at week 10, I didnt see hardly any gains past 10

    Just prop, eh? Make sure you work like a madman to keep what you gained. You've done good work, bro. There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to hang on to it--own it.

    I've read many posts in which people state that at week 10 they stop growing. I'm trying to figure out whether it's homeostasis that's causing the growth to stop or is it that people gain extra lean body mass, do not adjust thier eating to to compensate for growth and cease to grow by week ten due to not increasing calories/protein. The jury's still out on that one.

    Thanks for the encouragment, I have been busting my ass to say the least.
    I figured it out, I didnt up my calories, carbs and protein. I still ate like I was 174...... well kind of. I did eat more but not enough towards the end. I have seen that the diet is the HARDEST part of the cycle. And man do my joints hurt.... sheesh its getting bad

    BreakingThrough- I do 2 presses and then 2-3 latteral raises for my delts. reps 8-15. Hell I went 95s 15x last week for military DBs, I was pumped. And thanks for the compliment

    mark956101957- I didnt use anything, and it hurt like a b!tch. 100mg EOD

    palequail- I was actually using Ttokkyo the whole time.... NO more ghetto painfull mex stuff for me...

    Thanks for the kind words fellas! If I were to change anything, I would do more sets... my recovery was amazing, I was hardly ever sore. Now that I am o natural I am sore for days again. And I would have ate more...

    Same here... I am now hitting about 11 weeks time off since my last 16 week cycle... but to be honest, after 9th or 10th week, it was just 100% waste of gear to continue. Myself I had early fast results and it slowed down tremendously after week 7 and towards the end I was loosing weight because of testosterone burn off of body fat...

    I think one thing that factors is your sex hormone binding globlins increase on cycle and eventually starts tying up all your testosterone so late in cycle its just not worth it. I think now that we had things like tongkat ali which can encourage and extra rapid and vigorous PCT, I am thinking next cycle I do I should continue tongkat while on cycle since Tongkat is well known to significantly lower your SHBG's and this might make the cycle more productive in long run.

    Agreed. Also when I was near the end of my cycle I developed achy tendens in my arms... This lingered through most of my time off which was up to 11 weeks, then I took a 500 mg testosterone enanthate this week plus continuing my tongkat ali and strange thing... this time the tendon/elbow joint pain went away over night and is staying gone... I am doing testosterone enanthate and Methyl 1-test at same time and **** I am doing like I did on my last cycle... very fast and early weight gains... gained 5 lbs in the last 5 days.

    Funny that you say that, Ive had a stomach bug so holding onto food is very very hard...... down to 187 I think I am going to cry. I did work out today, didnt feel too weak. Oh well crap happends I guess.

    Awesome improvements!! Shoulders are huge. I'll have to remember the diet from now on.

    Do you suggest a test only cycle for a first timer like me or should I stack it with Deca?

    Id just run test, you will get gains FWIW I will never run deca, I will run EQ. I plan on doing a small cycle in the summer of prop and mast for 8 weeks. THen after that I will do another 14 week one and throw EQ in there and see if I can eat enough the whole way through. On a side note, im feeling better. Just had my shake and 4 waffels...

    Great cycle. Don't overtrain now that your off. You'll feel like sh*t and lose gains. Train moderately and eat sensibly. I'm a big fan of fina as are others on here. Try throwing that in with your prop. I get much more from fina than EQ and it's a lot cheaper.
