    I don't know but I had. 3 eggs, 2 pork chops, 2 pieces of toast and a huge waffle. I love being old and married.

    i was running late this morning so i just got 3 cans on the way out, i thought somone would have some in the fridge at work, but these cheep bastards did not.

    i do the protien oatmeal shake at 6:00am after cardio but the raw eggs would have me blowing chunks
