Yes, Im well aware of how important it is to checck for blood before you squeeze off to make sure you havent injected into a vein, but Im curious of how many of us actually do it. I have to be honest- I never have, but I think I might start.

Well so far Im 2 for 2 at aspirating!
Never
Always even with HCG.....
always
honestly 1out of 10 times
I dont when going subQ, perhaps I should start! Always other times
dont know what gear 101 is talking about, y would u aspirate for gh and slin, both sub q injections (is there something i dont know?)....
I always asperate
I hadn't aspirated nearly all the way through my cycle, simply cause I didn't know what to expect. However, I did towards the end of my cycle. I was always scared that I would pull back a bit on the plunger and it would fill the syringe with blood and then I'd have to abort and re-stick myself. When I did aspirate though, I realized that if you aren't in a vein or artery the plunger is very hard to pull back. So now I just give a small yank back to see if it's hard to pull and if it is, then I go forward with the injection. Piece of cake, don't know why I didn't do it in the first place.
yea it only takes two seconds....ynot......are the chances of hitting a vein more if injecting in bi, tri, calf etc over glut?
hah sorry gear...yea i did same thing but then i remembered reading that even if you do inject into vein or wahtever its more or less just a waste of gear and at worst you will probably get like lightheaded and a hardcore headache...unless u shoot 3ccs of air then it can be fatal......so i just think about that if i forget and it keeps myself calmOriginally Posted by Gear101
every time... you would be stupid not to....especially with fina.
yea, i def woudlnt inject without asp...
ALWAYS.
The first cycle I ever did I didn't know better and my third injection I got the vein.
Gagged, coughed, couldn't breath, thought I was gonna die...and now I honestly know what Sust 250 tastes like.
ALWAYS.
every time now, just so there are no worries
everytime only takes a second....betta safe than sorry thas the way i look at it
Forgot once
I forgot once also. Never again. I totally freaked myself out when I realized what I did. Lol

not often enough. do believe there is a possibility of hitting a vein halfway thru your shot as it's easy to push the needle into the flesh further during the process, for example, espicially using a sinny pin, which i prefer. So I personally believe to really be safe aspirate and watch out that your needle/muscle position doesn't change during the shot.
This happened to me once where I got a little fina in the vein and it made me cough and gag for a minute and produced some discomfort primarily in my throat for a while
Better safe than sorry, IMO it would just be plain dumb not to asperate.

I aspirate every time but occasionally I will forget to push the air out the pin when I change needles.
I just try to pull on the syringe a tad. If you are in a vein, the blood pressure should fill the syringe up with blood very easiy. If you are in muscle in should feel like a vacuum, like the plunger just won;t go back no more. Sometimes you get semivesical fluid which is the fluid around around your muscle cells. The whole idea is to stop your shot if you see blood. A little blood from the capillaries is normal and fine, we are taking about blood from a vein on its way to your heart and lungs...I have yet to hear someone died from this...worst case so far is that caugh...Better safe than sorry, but I personally don't make it a big issue if I am familiar with the injection site. Thats me
always
i injected into my bicep and i aspirated, but then i pushed the needle in like 1 mm and i aspirated again and blood rushed up into the pin
when you mix the blood into the syring with your gear its still cool to use it right???
y especially with fina?Originally Posted by mark956101957
"air" in the syringe is fine....its the blood your looking for....as long as you dont see blood when u pull back your fineOriginally Posted by house71
its straight...i just push the blood out...let it run to the front of the syringe push it out...and your good to goOriginally Posted by 100%NATURAL-theGH
I always aspireate too, only takes a few seconds that may save your life or a trip to the emergency room.

Everytime.. it's a huge load off my mind
I have never experienced personally and am curious also ? Bump for curiosity.Originally Posted by 100%NATURAL-theGH
