Question about b12 shots

I just got a bottle of b12 and I want to do a shot today 1ml.

Can this shot be done in places where a regular steroid shot cant be or does it have to be in the same usual places?


Does b12 have to be massaged in just like a steroid shot so you dont get sore?

You can use a slin pin and go into smaller muscle groups.And no real need to massage the area,b-12 won't make you sore.
