I work on the weekdays.....This is an example of a typical day.I work from 6 pm to 11 pm everyday......Before work i have enough time to work out and eat three meals....I need to find a way to eat a fourth at work....The fifth meal is when I get home.Between those 5 hours of work I have no breaks.What can I do.....Should I just keep doing what im doing and forget about eating that fourth meal....5 hours seems like alot of time to go without eating especially when your trying to bulk up....
