They don't even recommend a dose higher than 20mg for the drug. This isn't a drug to have the mindset of "more is better". It'd be pretty embarrassing to have to go to the emergency room because you've had a raging hard-on for 8+ hours, which if you haven't read, is dangerous, painful, and can lead to permanent damage. So if you wanna risk your ship permanently stuck @ half-mast, I'd take no more than half that pill...
