Sup bros, it seems dramatic. Try to keep in mind i take my lifting seriously but i tend to eat **** constantly.. if it looks good i eat it. So for almost 3 weeks now ive been very strict.. very little carbs, huge amounts of protiens, serious lifting, and cardio like a mad man. Currently running
weekly:
500mg - test enth
50mg - winny EOD
I would run the winny ED. You'll get better results that way. Your looking great, and keep us posted on your results!

Definately not knocking your progress, but it looks like in the Week 1 picture your leaning back which is distending your stomach.
In the week two picture you look like you have more of a natural stance, and are flexing the abs as opposed to no flex in the week 1 picture.

Good progress...I do find it hard to believe that you have done that in one week though. It looks like you have lost a substantial amount of BF,. You can see the cuts in your lower abs that weren't in the first pic....hmmmm

Thanks bros, like i said try to keep in mind i've always lifted solid.. but this is the first time i havent gone out to eat every single day. ha burgerking.. **** anything .. now its all proteins and cardio..
Different pose? Something dont look right with the second.. blurryness might be to cover up little bit of dust or dirt, tan lotion, etc..like the cut marks look too strangely darker then the pale white spots on the 6 pack... I dont see any differences except in the mid section, the obliques which usually come out well before the 6 pack shows up have no definition at all which almost indicates BF higher then 13%Originally Posted by BiggerBri2002
