bf%idk im nota fat powerlifter but not ripped either abs are visible veins in my lats and quads if that means anything

cycle exp.-first was test prop 75mgED ran pct etc no sides
2nd was prop-deca deca fvcked me up with sides at like week 6 so tossed it
3rd test e and dbol test 750 a week--
4th-current gram of sust started with var and currently on drol i have a few weeks left i have it in my log book

Well I won one show. fell sick 3 days before another and came in smooth and flat and got smoked. Then caught a political placing in the last for sure. But all in all it was a good year and I learned a lot
Don't TELL ME ABOUT DIET!!! I know about diet!!
My diet is good. A typical day I wake up in the morning and eat a bowl of oat meal or cereal then for lunch have a sandwich on whole wheat bread or something quick at McDonalds then have a snack mid after noon. I then take my protein shakes before and after working out and for dinner its whatever my mom makes for dinner
I'd slow down personally... Learn to gain more of lower doses. I've personally never taken over 1500mgs of combined gear and have done has many cycles as you, Also no GH, t3, clen etc for comp prep. Probably don't believe me but its true.
Your young don't burn out all your options so early.... your prime will be in your 30s....

Last offseason got 250 on 700mg of test and 50mg of dbol
Contest prep my highest doses at one point were
50mg of prop ed
50mg of tren ed
100mg of winstrol ed

thanks yeah at that time i was getting in with the wrong people. Couple people all about high doses, saying shit like "if all else fails bump your dose". Razor ripped and dumbass like that who look like shit. Got my head on straight now and have actually lowered my doses.
I mean granted at the elite level you'll have to take it to mega dosing of GH, anabolics etc. But I wanna take it as far as possible on as little as possible.
I just stick to test around 350-700mgs (lower it IMO, bet you'll still grow if your diet and training is on point) and a oral for next cycle. fvck with tren in a couple years. Don't get antsyyou'll thank me later

yeah like i said been reading on here for a lonngggg time like 15 or 16? i always read your logs i just educated myself and busted my ass then made the plunge but made it a smart one and not a dumbass one, and i also earned my respect naturally before i did make the decision thought about it for months before i actually did it....now im just blabbering lmao
