Took a full week for my biceps to recover from last workout, finally able to train them today.
Machine curls: 2w
Low cable curls: ws, rp, drop, rp, drop, rp
Reverse curls: 2ws
Reverse wrist curls: 3 x 15
Single arm preacher curls: positives to fail, assisted positives to fail, assisted negatives to fail.
15 minutes obliques & abs
20 minutes elliptical
Grills heating up - filet tonight.

and for the worst part multiple years in a row, then crazy loud music, loud headphones, crazy loud car stereo setups and continuous earpods use at max volume... sound is/was addictive for me so that what had caused it for me. I just take it as a natural/space/universe environment noise, and dont stress about it no more. few years ago I was troubled when I found out I had it and what it was. I tried various treatments but nothing helped.. maybe I didn't undergo them treatments long enough. So far I have figured out if I set sine tone to ~17500hz It matches my inner noise and then moving up the audio scale I stop hearing it.
I'm sure she had a good reason, but now my appointment is for Thursday, unless my wife wants to give me her appointment on Tuesday and she take the Thursday appointment.
