fro ssure, no more membership, i make the rules, amnd the music i want. i was thinking for guys to join they have to bench 2 plates for 4, and girls can only be like 140 at most.

how come a lot of people come in herre but they dont ever say hello, i always see new names on the bottom but then they leave.

haha call it elite fitness or something. i think youd get some resentment from the fat girls and the pinner guys. but you could just have your members deal with the scrawny guys.

the funniest thing is , the gym we train at out here is called naturally fit, and the guy that owns it is the biggedt source in the maritimes.

adn i am not the only one that juices there either, he gets the guys friom the WWE to train there when ever they are close and doing a show near by.
