I was. It crazy, people told me that my state is known for that shit, just thought I would be that good that it couldn't be denied. Obviously not. Its all good, makes me feel better that I've seriously probably had 30 something people that were there say it to me but what can you do.

Ronnie Kai etc all had to put up with 11th, 12th and no placings for a while till their time came. I gotta just use my anger told heavier squats, deads, and benches. I like to hold on to my anger and so I shall this whole offseason

So dukki I ran out of Vitamin C and was dosing it at 12-15gs a day and my joints were smooth. I stop taking it for 5 days and they go to shit. Don't know if thats a combo of the dieting, etc but just thought it was strange. Just started back up so will see

personally im not a fan of frontloading

dont think it makes much difference and it can have your levels up and down a bit too much for my tastes
