One can flaked tuna, draing
1 generous tbsp of mayo
1 tbsp of mustard
Chop 2 big pickles in littles cubes

Mix it all together. Grab 4 pieces of ezekiel bread, split mix in 2 to make 2 sandwiches.

It's basically flourless bread. It's made out of whole grains only. The kind I get has like crunchy oats coating on the outside and contains quinoa and kamut ancient grains. The nutritional value of a slice is like twice that of normal bread.
