First day back to work! Excited and dreading it lol. But it was all good. Decent day. Kept busy, definitely good I'm only doing 3 days for the first couple weeks. Was hurting half way through. And then pretty significant on drive home. Ended up being a 10 hr day no counting travel.
Got into gym though. And did chest. Very very light.
Pec/dec 65-85 4 sets high reps and squeezeing
Smith incline 25s that's it. 4 sets
Incline db flies. 25s (couldn't find any 20s) last two sets went straight into presses after the flies.
Incline hammer and decline hammers. 25s there also. 3 sets eac
Did some pt core movements to finish. And tried some ball crunches. Which worked but not full ROM, but squeezing and holding did the trick.
Chest actually felt very tight . Enjoying myself again. Was very sore from previous sessions. And sore leg/back from work. But glad I went and don't feel like I'm pushing to much.

just shot 100mg test. No training today, but feel pretty good. Strength is climbing I'm only just a few lbs away from max bench hit 3 yr ago I can't complain

Hit quads today! Ate 90% of a GF healthier pizza last night, rarely do that, but oh so good. Gave my quads a good go around. Lots of pyramids today.

Hack squats (keeping it lower weight at 200-240 with higher reps) super with walking lunges with 70lb BB x 20 reps x 3
Leg ext toes out pyramid up and down average 10-14 reps x 6
Leg press light weight 25 reps x 3
Leg ext regular x 3

That super shaky fainting feeling is coming back quickly. What the heck could this be?
Is this too high of a dose maybe for my thyroid?
I think I need to lower my var dose. This is freaking me out. Feels like I am very off.

You've never had an issue with var. but you've upped your dose. So maybe
You've never run primo but I don't think you've run it long enough for sides yet. But maybe.
Dropping the primo for a day won't change anything. You will have it in your system.
Drop your var dose back down to what you ran last time for 2-3 days. Don't pin the primo. See what the next couple of days bring. That's my best guess advise.
Is it the same var (lab) that you used before D ? What about the source ?. I get what you are talking about, i've spoke to kel and AG about this not so long ago. Do you feel better if you eat something ?.
This kinda thing has happened to me for years Cape but not the heart thing that D says. Doc always have done bloods and nothing, but it has got more and more over the years. So any way Got full bloods done as Kel suggested all ok, but AG was saying that it could be the tren that did it with low carbs, because it was getting to the stage it was 2-3 x a wk this was happening in stead of 2-3 x a month.
So i upped the carbs and it did help but i have noticed that since i stopped ma blast it has dropoed away again.

EKG is good. Ordered full panels. Dizzy as fcuj. dr said eyes are rolling around and thinks that something is causing vertigo. I am for sure feeling the weirdest I ever have. Like my skin is vibrating and my muscles start twitching out of nowhere. Started vomiting from the dizziness gave me meds to help with it.
I didn't tell them about the steroid. Should I? I was hoping to wait to see if labs show funny first. Cause they are illegal.
