Watch the sinus infection and don't let it get in your Eustachian tubes and inner ears. No bueno. I'm fighting a mild inner ear problem now. So far, I'm winning!

One of my friends had the samething but got the ear infection hopefully that stays away!

We've been in the same boat bro. After a rocepfin injection, I ended up having a violent allergic reaction to it. Thankfully I made it to the pharmacy after I left the doctors office before the worst of it hit. Ended up blacking out and they called an ambulance on my @$$. Lol. It's been 3 weeks since I've been in the gym, appetite went to sh!t, it's been crazy. Finally beginning to feel normal again. Glad to hear you're improving NACH! Sounds like everyone is killing it. That's awesome! Hope to rejoin the ranks of the dedicated tomorrow!

That sucks man my appetite went to shit too! I'm hoping to get a solid chest session in but the shoulder is Defo sore - but Defo getting in today for something - been harder to breathe lately too! Just another thing to overcome!

Stop dropping them down the fucking toilet then, lol

Blasted arms really quick yesterday hit tris from different angles and they are sore today which is good I had hit a plateau breaking through now I measured them pumped and they were 18 so thank God my size is coming back if I can just eat enough to support that extra growth.
Raining here, only off day so that figures hope the rest of this bunch has a kick ass day

Incline smith press
285 for 10 265 6 245 5 225 7

Incline hammer strength press
3&1/4 plates 8 3plates for 6ish 225TUT for 8 all Down to 1/4 reps

Incline cable flys s/s into seated low to high 3sec static hold
3x 15-20 each

Tri pushdowns straight bar
- 2w stack(8-12) DD

Rope OH ext's
3x failure slightly higher reps(12-15)

Weighted dips(seated)
2w heavy 6-10 DD

Decent first day back

Pops is not doing well just got diagnosed w/possible Parkinson's and early onset dementia been extremely hard these past wk and a half in and out of hospital many times tests after tests so I'll be trying to get my butt back in here on a regular tho feels like real friends in here not trying to stab each other in the back

Hope summer treated ya all good!
Thought I'd drop by to say hi to all!
Good to see familiar faces!

I ended up drinking heavily just about when the contest ended,
lost my bearings a little and eventually ended up in Ireland.

Now I got back, tired of alcohol, and been back in the gym for a week.
I lost 8 kgs during this summer! So I'm gonna bulk up some now.
(8 kgs from when I weighed most, so that's including a lot of water)

I hope you are all doing well and it's really nice to see the same faces as when I left. Wish you all a good week!

started my cut. Clean eating, water intake, one tiny cheat meal a week - at least for now.

No AAS....yet. Need to get nutrition dialed in again.
