Light laterals, stretching, and IR lamp tonight. Shoulder is acting up more than usual. Holding off on lifting until tomorrow night so I can go at a slightly slower pace.

Back day for me today in an hour or so. Trying to figure out something different to do. Tough when equipment is limited....
Waiting for BW to come back from Monday's draw. Damn E2 Sens always holds it up as Labcorp doesn't do this test in house, they send it out which always drags things out. I'm not patient with BW. I want it now, dammit. Then Doc appt next Friday.

Once good to go I may just run the same low dose rehab type cycle I ran previously as I really liked the results and how I felt on it. Just 400 T, 250 D and low dose Var. Plus it had zero impact on my psa thanks to the Fina. Still shocked me that my DHT didn't rise even a little due to the Fina. Impressive in that aspect.

Love it. I've run it for years now on TRT as well at 125mgs pw. Great stuff. I know 250mgs pw on that cycle is not a high dose but I've always responded well to lesser amounts so never felt the need to run a really high dose.

Yeah a therapeutic dose during trt is well received and I use to love it when I was adding to mine. Let us know how your bloods go mate but I know you your always within range lol

Well, crap! Walked in to do a simple project and ended up with a mess waiting for me. Ready to get this done, do the project I came in for, and start my weekend.

BW came back overall very well. TT just shy of 1100, FT just over the top of range, E2 at 28 (8-35 range) Chol and thyroid as expected, meaning decent. Only thing off was MCV and MCH which I was kind of expecting. When I went in to donate blood several weeks ago they did their normal capillary finger blood test for hemo, I did the math in my head knowing I was already in good shape at this number. I almost cancelled at that point but I was already there so I thought fvck it and donated anyway.

So basically it drove my iron a tad lower than it should be. The older you get the more prone you can be to this issue. Just have to head out and buy some elemental iron to correct the issue. All that said, Monday looks like a good day to start something.

My MCV, MCH , and RDW are always high. Hgb usually is, but ferritin stay at the lower end and TIBC is always high. Still running the elemental iron, but dropped from 50mg to 28mg. Think there's a smidge of ascorbic acid/vitamin C as well.
Really nice sounding labs, Kel! Just out of curiosity, how often do you pull SHBG? Is it an annual thing or do you only pull that panel if you get an oddball hormone value?
Any big plans for your next run?

Think Mrs. AG raided my wallet and has gone shopping with a friend. I did check the emergency fund stash and it is still intact.
Been resting wonderfully today and am going to grab a few more hours of time in my "scratcher" (learned that word from my good friend, Clarky ).
Probably hit the shop around 4 or so to work arms. Have been nuking my shoulder with IR lamp off and on today and just slathered on some DMSO/aloe gel.
Catch up with y'all in a little while.

Haven't lifted yet today myself, boss. It was cool and foggy/barely drizzling rain early this morning so I put my sweats on and went for a brisk walk and a short run, followed by a hot shower. Was feeling like an unhappy sloth earlier, but feel relatively energized now.
Had a bit of mental garbage I was carrying around but managed to ditch some of it.

I finally managed fair levels of Iron after three years of constant supplementation... bysglicinate from Solgar works great, and it doesn't show up in the toilet. I take 25mg elemental 4x weekly.

A proper B12 panel would include homocysteine and folate levels, to discern a real intracellular deficit from low-ish, but "in range" readings.

Honestly, I don't know/recall, probably just wanted to avoid overdosing, Iron levels are good, so guess it works fine.

I'm going to try Ralo for my gyno, a UK supplier I've used in the past (QHI if anyone's interested) stocks it for as cheap as $25 per 60mgx28cps box, and it's pharma grade.

Not often I post any workout stuff here but I try to run this type of training 2-times per week (Chest and Arms and Back and Arms). The advice I have gotten previously was to create the mind/muscle connection and I feel good about saying that part is working really well. I generally warm up my arms with some lighter weights, basically pre-exhausting them, and then go at it. I rotate training Biceps or Triceps first in order. After warm-up I do 1-3 reps building up to the weight I want to work on, exhaust it completely, do partial reps, drop set it, then force the weight back up and do negatives. It's pretty much impossible to comb my hair afterward (Would it be long enough to need combing) and driving my scooter on the 2-minute drive home is a bit shaky. Anyhow, even though I do not contribute much in here I find the information here has helped me in an extremely positive way. Thank you for sharing, I guess hundreds of years of experience combined, maybe less if we remove AG and Kelkel.
