joined a new gym yesterday. its fcking awesome. kinda trashy,but absolutely huge with tons of equipment. open 24 hours, only 35 a month with no sign up fee...but the best part....
there is a room called the cage. 100pound plates, a deadlift and tbar row station, ripped up bench press and a military press station. make all the noise you want,use chalk, drop the weight...ahhhh i love it!@!!!

1/2 cup rolled oats
lunch1:
2 cans bumble bee tuna
1tbsp flax or evoo
lunch2:
chicken and veggies
dinner1:
some sort of salad
w/grilled chicken and italian dressing
dinner2:
2 mor cans of tuna
1tbsp evoo or flax again
shakes thruout the day
pwo 40gms whey. 1 pack instant oats or rolled oats
for variety try 93%lean turkey burgers, 93-96% lean beef(walmart) or even top round,bottom round,etc. just gotta marinate those tough bastards in some kinda vinegar to soften them up
