I wouldn't expect much help from the fruit juice and supplements. I get bad joint pain with certain tricep exercises. If it's ligament or tendon realated give it enough time to heal. can you be more specific about the pain. If it's inflamatory realated you can just take a big dose of ibuprofen and speed things up quite a bit.

there can be minor injury which allows you to continue to function: muscle strain, partial tendon tear, a sprain.
i hate it, because i find it very difficult to hold back on my workouts.
on the other hand, if you skip arms for a week and then start up again easy, it may resolve,
but if you keep through that pain, you may soon hear an unpleasant SNAP-ping sound along with things no longer working...
