Ya! HP your still here. I get comments all the time in public about how I've gotten too big. I guess its different in person b/c those pics suck. I can't even get a real good one cause I got three seconds to pose and in my side shot I got my gut hanging out and no abs flexed.

Where did you earn your pro card. Or just PM your name or whatever. I see that you did the Arnold classic. You need to help me out cause I need direction from someone thats there, and I know that pro's don't want people coming up on them or whatever but I'm gonna give it my best shot. I feel as though I have what it takes to do pretty well.
well it's really hard to be at the top, not a lot of people have what it takes. that pic is when i'm off season, when i get ready for competition i usually put on another 25 pounds. i could really help u if u want, i was also taken under the wing of some pro bodybuilders, some of them know some bodybuilders that trained with arnie.
Well I need someone that has experience with cycles, real life cycling not parroting like one8nine, I mean no offense to him but I really don't like to take advice from people that I've progressed further than. That might sound shitty but it is what it is. Its like taken advice on how to squat 700lbs from somebody that has never been there.
I more or less confused on my first season competition cycle, I am going to start my first Test/dbol cycle in a 2 months and then try to figure out what I need for getting ready for the contest since I'm fairly new and I plan on doing 2 shows at least

lol i agree with u, 189 is a knowledgeable guy, but everything he says is from theory just from reading. the dude is a fighter or boxer of some sort. i dont do this for any sport but for bodybuilding. thats why u see me arguing with him all the time. but like i said, it takes a lot of work, diet, training. to be ready for a show u need to bulk only and then cut as much as possible to eliminate as much water as possible, not like some of this dudes that try to bulk n cut at the same time.
Yeah thats what I've read. I was hoping that may be a pre contest cycle of Prop, Win, maybe tren would pack on a few more pounds of LBM before a show while dieting. I've had a couple top guys in the industry tell me I have the genetics to get freaky, I just have to put it together really.
What type of diet do you follow, the palumbo, no carb or the lowering the carbs as you go along. I tend to stay pretty lean so I'm leaning toward not eliminating carbs completely like in the palumbo diet
